Service Description
This 60 minute yoga class offers a balance of activity and calm, creating engaged and relaxed postures within the body to strengthen muscles, breath, and bodily awareness. Students are encouraged to take the practice wherever they want it to go with Bailey as a guide. Feel free to bring your own yoga mat; a limited number of mats are also available to borrow.

Cancellation Policy
Please note that you must register in advance to secure your spot. Some offerings may be full at time of registration, so please sign up early. We cannot guarantee open spots, even for subscribers. Some groups require a pre-requisite and will have an assigned code; participants are still expected to register for the offerings they plan to attend. Cancelling less than 12 hours before class time initiates an automatic $15 cancellation fee; cancelling less than 1 hour before class or failing to attend without notice (no-show) initiates an automatic $20 cancellation fee.
