If you find yourself holding on to life more tightly than necessary, consider joining us for our spiritual meditation groups in our beautiful POOL - on FLOATS. Come cultivate calm with us this summer, and if time allows, stay for a mocktail and a bit of conversation afterwards.

Cancellation Policy
Please note that you must register in advance to secure your spot. Some offerings may be full at time of registration, so please sign up early. We cannot guarantee open spots, even for subscribers. Some groups require a pre-requisite and will have an assigned code; participants are still expected to register for the offerings they plan to attend. Cancelling less than 12 hours before class time initiates an automatic $15 cancellation fee; cancelling less than 1 hour before class or failing to attend without notice (no-show) initiates an automatic $20 cancellation fee.
