Service Description
Welcome to SALT, an intensive for those who are looking for ways to get focused on life and make the most out of what you really want. This group is for those who want clarity, balance, time for what matters most, a break from chaos, and a community of friends. If you are tired of the daily hamster wheel and looking to be more organized, more present, and more committed to what matters most - you need SALT. We will meet online but if you can't make it you can always hit the replay. We will have loads of resources and a few challenges each week to help you put ideas into action. This course will last twelve weeks, from August 13 - November 12 (We will not meet October 1 or October 22). A bonus session will be offered November 19 for final reflections. Space is limited. Cancellation Policy
Please note that you must register in advance to secure your spot. Some offerings may be full at time of registration, so please sign up early. We cannot guarantee open spots, even for subscribers. Some groups require a pre-requisite and will have an assigned code; participants are still expected to register for the offerings they plan to attend. Cancelling less than 12 hours before class time initiates an automatic $15 cancellation fee; cancelling less than 1 hour before class or failing to attend without notice (no-show) initiates an automatic $20 cancellation fee.
